The Illinois State Dental Society, Governor Pritzker’s Administration, and the Illinois Department of Public Health have issued guidance to begin reopening dental offices May 11th. Century Dental has been working hard behind the scenes in preparation. We are pleased to announce that, beginning on June 1st, we will resume patient care. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. We will continue to follow infection control guidelines from the American Dental Association and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control. You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. These changes have been made to protect our patients and our team.
Before your appointment we will ask you to fill out a supplemental health questionnaire and supplemental informed consent. These forms will be texted or emailed to you, or they can be found here (Covid-19 Form)
When you arrive at our office, please text or call us. We will let you know when we are ready for the patient to come into the office.
Our team members and all patients will have their temperature taken. Anyone exceeding 100.4F will be rescheduled. If you feel sick or have a fever, please cancel your appointment.
We will be restricting the office to patients and our team only. If it is absolutely necessary, the patient may be accompanied by an adult. No siblings or friends will be allowed in the office.
We are excited to see you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we have taken to keep you safe. Over the next few weeks we will be working hard to call all of our patients in need of an appointment. You may also reach out to us to schedule. Thank you for choosing Century Dental of Huntley and entrusting us with your care!
